I have extensive experience of developing within a broad range of technologies such as web applications, bespoke software, interactive DVD, broadcast media, mobile phone applications and the iPhone. My current portfolio covers a number of high profile projects, delivered across a number of sectors, to a wide spectrum of users, all using the latest technologies and media.

I am passionate about business and love to be involved with interesting organisations and start-ups. Providing skills, expertise, and advice on business and strategic decisions, I help organisations focus and prioritise the development of their technology services from concept through to delivery.

Project Management

I have a proven track record of managing large-scale international projects, bringing centralised control to projects and ensuring their timely and efficient completion. What's more, I understand small business. Small businesses often avoid investing in project management for fear of over-managing a small team, thus stifling creativity and productivity. Alternatively, they may be wary of using internal staff for management which can divert developers and creatives away from their primary skill area. I believe small businesses can increase profit margins, improve client retention and improve employee productivity and creativity by investing in the right sort of project management. It is this specialised service that I provide.
